Today is Jeremy’s birthday…I praise God for creating my best friend and soul mate! I love that man more and more everyday! (above picture was taken during our trip to the Rocky Mountains…I’ll post more pictures of that trip soon)
The following is a recent journal entry of mine…
Cute things JT has said at the age of 2 and random memories…
When I start singing JT begs me to stop! When I ask him why, he says, “because it’s dangerous”
He “mocks” Jeremy using his “stern daddy voice” and says to us “you understand me?”
He often refers to Jeremy as “my best friend daddy”
He will come to me out of the blue, hug my neck, say “you’re welcome” and then simply walk away
He LOVES going to the movie theater (and I wish I could spell how he says “theater”…it’s just too precious) He’s seen Yogi Bear, Cars2, Winnie the Pooh
He has an imaginary pet turtle (and sometimes he gives me one, too) The other day I had just started a load of laundry and JT started flipping out saying “mommy, mommy open it, open it” (meaning the washer) When I asked him why, he said “my turtle is in there.” Last night we asked him “where is your turtle?” He replied (very seriously) “he’s in the Rocky Mountains…I loosed (not lost) it. I guess Uncle Bubba will have to mail it to me”
Favorite thing to wear: still his pjs and frog rain boots
When I ask him what he dreams about, he says “I dream about Jesus” he whispers the name Jesus and says it “Jeeeesus”
OH MY HEART IS FULL!!!!!!!
