Moving is something I'm familiar with...but it doesn't mean I like it. We just completed our 15Th move. We've been married 14 years this February...so see what I mean by "familiar". Most of our moves were very early in our marriage. Meaning, we didn't really have much to move. This is not the case anymore. Now, we not only have a bunch of stuff...we have an extra person and all his 'two year old' stuff to haul around. This makes for a lot of WORK! I am always determined to leave the former house in immaculate condition and work myself silly doing so. Now, I just want to sit. Sit for a long time...days would be nice...and do NOTHING. But, I have a sweet little boy that loves to play and a new house to unpack...

The Reason Behind My Blog...

Paper...I love pretty paper and journals. There is something about getting a new journal at the beginning of the year with a "resolution" to record my thoughts daily...OK, maybe weekly...well, at least often...But every year, ultimately, failure. As my family packs for yet another move, I am reminded of this failure as I put yet another (oh so cute) journal into a box. I thumb through each of them briefly. It only takes a "brief" moment b/c only a few pages in each of them have actual ink on them! Last year, I started typing my thoughts instead of penning them. But somehow, I'm still not content...thus my blog! I am hoping to use this as a way to journal and scrapbook...then I will most likely print it out on some super fun paper :) Be prepared to see lots of pics of my sweet hubby and my precious little JT...
