This is my sweet JT…he was so excited about his JD party! The party was OH SO MUCH FUN! I had help from many, but w/o my big sis and my sweet hubby, this party would not have happened...THANK YOU BOTH...JT LOVED HIS "TRACTOR PARTY"!!!
Most everything (at least decor wise) was handmade by me. My inspiration was this cute customized tee I found at a local children’s store!
Most of these pictures were taken by friends/family to whom I am FOREVER grateful…thank thank thank you!)
PARTY DETAILS…
We had chickens and a pig for the little ones to pet…
WHERE to actually FIND chickens and pigs…well, that’s a very long (and very funny) story…let's just say the 'burg has a kind of "secret chicken society" that meets BEFORE daylight every Saturday morning...I'm now a member (but will not be attending anymore "meetings")
And…of course,rides on “a real JD”…
…we played needle in the hay stack… the “needles” were large lollipops and wooden JD tractors!
The decorations and food…
The gift table…and party favors…
Each bag contained: a homemade cd of tractor songs (label said “thanks for all your hard work on the farm”), a tractor shaped crayon, a tractor shaped soap, a tractor coloring sheet customized with each child’s name…
And JD cups…
(sippy cups for the tiny ones) …
The drink station… we used mason jars and I put plastic punch bowls inside large tins for the sweet tea!
We also had a “corn field” aka the sandbox…
…looks like JT “worked” too hard :) My baby looks t.i.r.e.d.!
I also made the invitations and thank you notes (no pic of the invite…sorry)
After the party JT wanted to read his sign in book…
Happy Birthday to my cute little boy who is growing up way too fast for this momma's heart!
I Love Celebrating My Most Precious Gift! Thanks to all of our friends for celebrating with us!
